30 Day Challenges;Of course these two wouldn#39;t be done at the same time. I plan on doing these a month at a time. My goal is a full year of 30 day workouts personally.On the last one, I plan to spread them out over three separate months. So I#39;m going to do my normal workout and add the challenge one in. And remember, WATER AND LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.
